If you wish to pay by credit card, we can do it over the
phone, so your personal information remains secure. Email
me, and I'll either give you my phone number, or you can
give me yours, and I'll call you. |

How
do I order something ?
I'm just a simple beadmaker,
and there's no web-based shopping cart here, I'm afraid. I
bought a torch instead of leasing a
warehouse, darn it. But don't worry...... my personal
service beats hassling with big companies any day of the week
!
Please
Email me with your order
including your preferred method of payment ( be sure to read
below ! ) and your shipping address. I will email you back
- usually within 24 hours - with a total including shipping
and insurance.

you are buying a "One of a Kind" bead or
piece of jewelry, I will put a hold on it for ten
days, while I'm waiting for your payment. If you pay
by Paypal or credit card, I will mail it out as soon
as I am able. (Usually within 48 hours.) If I have
not received payment or heard from you again within
ten days, it will be put back up on the website for
sale. |

Shipping
and Insurance
I ship my beads
by United States Postal Service first class mail with insurance
in a sturdy cardboard box, unless you request otherwise. I
must always insure packages, so we don't have to argue about
who's responsible if an item gets lost in the mail. ( But
to give credit to the Post Office - They haven't lost any
of my packages yet ! )
I try to ship by
the most economical means, and base my prices on my best estimate
of my actual cost of shipping something to you. You
can pay me for my beadmaking skills - but you won't be asked
to pay me for my wrapping abilities !
My shipping rates
are based on first class postage with insurance for the first
$50 of value. If your package is valued over $50, the additional
insurance will be added accordingly to your total cost. If
you prefer that I mail a package priority, the cost will be
based on the current postal rate for Priority mail.

Most
bead and jewelry packages with 1 - 3 items
can be shipped for $4.00. I like to keep shipping
costs down for my customers, and when I can, I will
figure out exact shipping costs before you pay. Please
email me when you are ready to place an order. Thanks!

Additional
items will usually mean additional cost, and
I will let you know what that is, including
insurance, at the time you place your order.

Timetable |
For
items I have in stock, I can usually get them on their
way to you within two days if you have paid with a money
order or Paypal. If there will be a delay getting your
order out for any reason, I will let you know by email,
with an approx. ship date.
Custom
order beads & jewelry as well as "made to order"
beads usually take about a week to make, but I will give
you a more accurate prediction when you place your order.
If
you pay by personal check, I will send your items as soon
as your check clears, unless we have done business before.
Once we've established a business relationship, I will
mail your order as soon as your payment has been received.

I
enjoy taking custom orders to make something special
just for you ! You may have had an idea while looking
at my beads and jewelry, wanting something in a different
color, size or shape. Often, I am stretched creatively
when working on a piece for someone else. I love the
interplay of ideas and what happens when creative minds
work together.
If
you have something you'd like made for you, either in
a one-of-a-kind bead, or a unique piece of jewelry,
please Email me and ask. I will let you know if I can
do it, and give you a price and timetable.
Just
one thing more: please don't ask me to make a "copy"
or something based on the creativity of another bead
or jewelry maker. We have all been given unique gifts
to share; - Let's respect that. - Ann |

Life
is too short not to love your beads. I want you to be
happy with whatever you buy from me. If there is a problem,
I will do my best to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
Whatever it takes.... (within reason!)
All
my beads have been carefully annealed for durability.
If a bead you have bought from me ever develops a stress
crack (not after you drop it on the cement floor ... you're
on your own with that!) or other problem related to workmanship,
I will replace it, or refund your money. |
